Jeffery D. Sam

Associate Attorney

Mr. Sam joined the firm in 2007. Prior to joining Henry Johnson Associates, P.A., Mr. Sam served as law clerk for a civil litigation firm on Marco Island. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Philosophy and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami.

Mr. Sam’s practice focuses on business and real estate disputes, condominium and homeowners association representation, construction litigation and appellate proceedings. Mr. Sam has successfully briefed and argued cases before the Florida Second District Court of Appeal.

Mr. Sam has appeared as a guest lecturer for the Lutgert College of Business (Florida Real Estate Law) at Florida Gulf Coast University. 

When he is not practicing law, Mr. Sam helps coach his sons’ baseball and soccer teams.
